Controller

The controller is Riccardo Plunger, Omes 1g, 6094 Axams, Austria. Aurintex is the working name of a company that has not yet been incorporated. Contact: riccardo@aurintex.com.

Website and hosting

Vercel hosts this website. Visiting it involves processing technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts and the cookie settings library load from this website. They do not require a connection to an external font or library provider.

Contact requests

If you email us or use the contact form, we process your name, company, email address and product interest to respond to your request. The form fields are required to handle the request; you can also contact us by email instead.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual requests, or our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Brevo stores contact details for handling requests. When internal notifications are enabled, Slack receives the name, company, email address and product interest so we can respond promptly.

The conversation form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Promotional newsletters require separate consent.

Optional analytics

Only after your consent do we use PostHog, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page views, selected interactions and loading speed. This may involve page URLs, browser and device information, usage events and pseudonymous identifiers. We do not send the form's name, company or email address to these analytics tools.

PostHog uses EU endpoints. Session recordings and heatmaps are disabled. Your consent is the legal basis for optional analytics (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Recipients and international processing

We use Brevo (France) to manage contacts, Slack (USA) for internal notifications, Vercel (USA) for hosting and optional analytics, and PostHog (USA, EU cloud endpoints) for optional analytics. Processing by international providers may involve countries outside the EU or EEA, particularly the USA.

The providers describe international transfers and safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adequacy decisions, in the privacy information linked below. You can request details about the processing of your particular enquiry from us.

Retention

We retain contact requests for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up questions. We then delete the data unless statutory retention duties or legitimate claims require otherwise. Technical logs and analytics data are retained only as needed for operation, security and evaluation. The cookie policy explains local cookie lifetimes.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. Contact riccardo@aurintex.com to exercise these rights.

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, particularly the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at). This website does not make automated decisions about individuals with legal or similarly significant effects.
